CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Participants are required to register for the conference through LBTU CONFERENCE SYSTEM. Registration is open until 17 January, 2025. All questions regarding registration and accommodation should be directed to the Conference office.

Registration Fees

Participation fee for author 350 EUR
Participation is free for LBTU students
Participation fee for co-author/ listener (attend in person) 50 EUR
Decision on reducing the participation fee for LBTU employees is at the discretion of the conference organizers

The registration fees of participant includes: participation, conference materials, coffee breaks, welcome reception, banquet dinner.
The registration fee for participants does not cover travel to and from Jelgava, accommodation, or lunches.
